Fitness classes return to The Brook at Tibbetts this summer! Both classes are for ages 15+.

Aqua Vida® Floating Fitness / SUP Yoga
Grow core and join stabilization, strength, improve posture and balance, burn calories and more in this awesome water workout at The Brook at Tibbetts! Five participants per class.

Saturdays: July 9, 16, 23, 30 and Aug. 13 and 20

Hydro Revolution® Total Body Workout
Enjoy a total-body workout in the water to improve your overall fitness, functional strength, power, performance, coordination and movement patterns. Fifteen participants per class.
