Registering your children for county camps and Learn to Swim couldn't be simpler using WebTrac, our online registration system. If this is your first time using WebTrac, keep this window open (or print this page) for reference, while you complete the process.

Online Parental Release and Medical Information
This is for Summer Camps Only, not for Learn to Swim. All parents registering for 2024 Westchester County Summer Camps will electronically agree to the parental camp release form. Registering parents will also enter all medical-related items through a series of questions during the registration process. You will no longer need to fill out forms and mail them in.

  • If you've used the online system before then click: I'm ready to begin online registration.

  • New Users have to create an online account with WebTrac to register for camps and activities. Please be as accurate as possible when filling in information. Once an account has been created, follow the instructions below under "How to select a Camp or Activity for Registration" to pick which camp or activity you would like. Ready to get started? Create a WebTrac account.

Problems with Password Registration

  • Previous Camp Registration. If you have registered for programs with us within the last two years, you should have recently received an email with your login credentials. If you did not receive an email or are having issues logging in, please call the Parks Administration Office: (914) 231- 4500.

  • New Users (never previously enrolled in camp or enrolled more than two years ago.)
    • If you have not been previously entered into the system please go to WebTrac and click, “Sign In/Register,” at the top, right corner of the page.
    • Then click, “Don’t have an account? Sign up now,” underneath sign in.
    • Fill out information requested as accurate as possible.

How to select a Camp or Activity for Registration

  • To register for an activity, click the picture of the activity of your choice.
  • Once the activity you want is displayed, click the description to learn more.
  • Click the green, “Add to Selection List,” on the right side, followed by the green, “Add to Cart,” button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Check the box under the family member you wish to enroll, then click continue.
  • Fill out questionnaire and agree to waiver.
  • Proceed to check out and provide payment.
  • Click continue to initiate the payment authorization process and generate a confirmation receipt.

Checkout confirmation will appear on screen and you will also receive an email confirmation. You can view your receipt anytime in your account by clicking, “reprint receipt,” from the dropdown menu, under your account on the top right of the screen.

Once you have gotten to this point, you can either log out or continue shopping.
