A 13.1-mile loop of the parkway is closed to cars for the exclusive use of non-motorized bicyclists, scooters and in-line skaters, e-bikes class 1 only, plus walkers and joggers. The course runs from the Westchester County Center in White Plains, south to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers. Many points of entry and exit are along the way.
