Aug. 17, 2023 — The White Plains Hospital Screenings Under the Stars series concludes with “The Bad Guys” on Friday, August 25, at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle. The series features lighthearted films, all rated PG and released in 2022.

Relax under the night sky while watching a gang of five notorious animal criminals who pretend to want to be rehabilitated to avoid prison. There’s a hitch, though, when their leader, the dapperly dressed Mr. Wolf, realizes that he truly does want to change his ways. “The Bad Guys” is full of clever dialogue and constant action that will have the whole audience howling with laughter.

Westchester County Executive George Latimer said: “Glen Island is among our most scenic parks in lower Westchester. Watching a movie there under a blanket of stars doubles the fun and is a fitting end-of-summer family activity.”

Westchester County Parks Commissioner Kathleen O’Connor said: “All of our animated movies this summer have been wildly popular, and ‘The Bad Guys’ will be no exception!”

Admission is free. Westchester residency and parking fees are applicable at Glen Island Park.

The movie begins at sundown. Event is rain or shine. Moviegoers should bring blankets, folding chairs and a picnic. Refreshments will be available for sale. Movies may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
