Oct. 7, 2022 – Westchester County Parks and Sharc Creative will wrap up the White Plains Hospital Screenings Under the Stars by getting into the Halloween spirit with the animated sequel, The Addams Family 2 (2021-PG) on Friday, Oct. 21, at Croton Point Park in Croton-on-Hudson.
County Executive George Latimer said, “There is so much to do in Westchester County Parks during the fall months. County residents can kick off the Halloween season with an outdoor movie at bootiful Croton Point Park! Thanks to our generous sponsors, everyone can take advantage of this free program.”
Parks Commissioner, Kathleen O’Connor said, “Croton Point Park is the perfect place to enjoy a crisp, fall evening with family and friends while watching an outdoor movie on the big screen. Bring some popcorn, hot chocolate, chairs, a blanket and enjoy this ghoulish, family-friendly film.”
The gates open at 5 p.m. and the movie begins at sundown. Event is rain or shine. Admission and parking are free. Moviegoers should bring blankets, folding chairs and a picnic. Refreshments will be available for sale.
The White Plains Hospital Screenings Under the Stars is presented by Westchester County Parks and Sharc Creative with Westchester Parks Foundation, and support from Westchester Talk Radio, 100.7 WHUD, 107.1 The Peak, Palisades Mazda, The Premier Collection, Look Dine-In Cinemas, Valley Bank, Hamlethub, Robison, LLP, Inspiria Outdoor Advertising, and Westchester Magazine.
