Westchester County parks are open all year around. The $50 county park pass is valid for three years. Only Weschester County residents 12 years and older are eligible for this pass. If you are a senior citizen or disabled resident, your pass is valid for six years.

 

Park passes are only issued in person and upon presentation of a current driver's license or other valid photo ID, plus proof of county residency. Passes are non-transferrable and cannot be used by anyone but the holder. Lost passes will be replaced at the full fee.

 

Your park pass will unlock the fun to

  • all county-owned parks, pools and beaches where a park pass is required. For swimming, the pass admits the holder plus two adult guests and children under 12.
  • the six all-weather tennis courts at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers.
  • he boat launch at Glen Island Park.

 

You'll also enjoy a treasure trove of discounts, such as

  • golf at all six county-owned courses – for the park pass holder only. Guests who do not have their own pass pay the full rate, and junior golfers pay junior rates and must be accompanied by an adult park pass holder.
  • parking – where parking is charged, park pass holders pay reduced rates, except Playland.
  • camping, boat launching at George’s Island Park, at the Sportsman Center in Cortlandt.
  • tuition for our summer camps including the Slam Dunk Basketball Camp, the Summer Music Center, Hole-in-One Golf Camp and Camp Playland.

Playland Amusement ParkYour park pass is your season pass to great discounts.

Use your park pass to buy up to five rider Fun Bands, Playland’s unlimited ride wristband at $25 each (regularly $35) each time you visit. Great values also apply when you purchase Playland’s other “currency,” Fun Cards.
Season Swimming Pass

Swim all season long for less at these beach and pool locations.  You can also use the pass for parking.

  • Saxon Woods Pool in White Plains
  • Willson’s Waves in Mount Vernon
  • Glen Island Beach in New Rochelle
  • Tibbetts Brook and Sprain Ridge pools in Yonkers
 Family Park PassFor a fee of $100, two adults and any children (ages12 to18) living in the household get their own individual pass. (This is only valid for families who need to purchase two or more park passes.)
Greenburgh Nature CenterPresent your county park pass at the Greenburgh Nature Center and receive half off the regular admission prices. Your discounted prices are $2.50 for adults, $2 for seniors and students, and $1.50 for children. Call the Greenburgh Nature Center at (914) 723-3740 for more information.

Senior Citizens and

Disabled Residents

 Issued to eligible county residents for a fee of $50 for six years, these passes entitle the holder to all county park pass privileges and perks. Seniors must be age 60 or over. Disabled persons must present an eligibility form, which can be obtained from the Westchester County Office for the Disabled by calling (914) 995-2957 or (914) 995-7397 (TDD for the Hearing Impaired).
