Parks and Destinations

Westchester has over 50 parks and recreational areas to explore. To help you, download our map and guide.

As you discover the Westchester County Parks system, we hope you come to love, enjoy and respect all aspects of it.  We also hope that you'll consider joining the Westchester Parks Foundation.

The Westchester Parks Foundation was established in 1977. Over the years, the WPF has established a tradition of helping to bridge budget gaps and raising thousands of dollars to purchase equipment, fund children's programs, provide amenities and support the county parks system overall. Regardless of the type of gift, its size or whether it is made now or in the future, you can be confident that your gift to the Westchester Parks Foundation will benefit our parks system forever. Join the WPF.

Keep up to date with the latest goings-on in the parks. Sign up for our Parks Newsletter to receive timely information about activities, events, promotions and other info related to the parks.
