Aqua Vida® Floating Fitness / SUP Yoga
Grow core and join stabilization, strength, improve posture and balance, burn calories and more in this awesome water workout at The Brook at Tibbetts! Six participants per class.

Days: June 24, 28; July 1, 8, 12, 15, 22, 26, 29; Aug. 9, 12, 19 and Sept. 4.
Times: Saturdays, 8:15 a.m. - 9 a.m.; Mondays, 8:15 a.m. - 9 a.m.; Wednesdays, 6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Hydro Revolution® Total Body Workout
Enjoy a total-body workout in the water to improve your overall fitness, functional strength, power, performance, coordination and movement patterns. Fifteen participants per class.

Mondays and Wednesdays: June 26; July 3, 5, 10, 17, 19, 24, 31; Aug. 2, 7, 14, 16 and Sept. 4.
Times: Mondays, 8:15 a.m. - 9 a.m.; Wednesdays, 6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Note: Monday, Sept. 4 time is 9:15 a.m. - 10 a.m.
